Remonda Hassan — Founder

My name is Remonda, and I created Figeographie to showcase the extraordinary world that we live in. The name “Figeographie” was inspired by the first deliberate photo I ever took — a fig on the ground during a walk to school with my sister. Each day, we would pass a beautiful fig tree bursting with ripe fruit. Many would fall, and we’d look for the uncracked ones to snack on as we walked. My appreciation for our world blossomed from that simple joy. That fig, and that moment, captured the joy and sweetness I find in nature. It became the symbol of my love for photography and my desire to make this simple peace and joy ubiquitous globally.

I joined Figeographie because I believe that spreading good only results in receiving good. Figeographie’s motto of spreading the beauty of life, whether it’s by simply appreciating a little flower or helping a little child in need, appeals to my heart, and is what inspired me to lead Figeographie’s charities to do my duty of helping humanity.

Seneca Wattanapanich

My name is Seneca, and I joined Figeographie because I wanted to share my love for nature photography. My passion stemmed from my dad. I began taking photos when I was just 11 years old. He introduced this art to me and soon enough it became more than just a hobby! It's a way for me to preserve and continue our little tradition that means a lot to me. Now it's a meaningful part of family trips and I can document the world as we explore!

Cate Wells

I find inspiration in creativity and the outdoors. I love expressing myself through art, exploring nature on hikes, and staying active by playing volleyball. Being surrounded by beauty, whether it’s in a painting or a mountain view, reminds me of how precious our world is. That’s why I believe saving the Earth is our responsibility. It is our shared home, and we all have a part in protecting it.

Deema Abualsoud

I am an incredibly driven person who is very passionate about animals, art, and boxing. I aspire to be a veterinarian to help animals and their families. I joined Figeographie to help spread awareness to others in hope of building our team to expand our project.

Kai Pedrosa

I am a firm believer in sustainability and social justice which is exactly why I joined Figeographie. These values drive most decisions I make and, as an avid motorsport fan, are the basis of my life's aspirations. I aim to make sustainability the top priority for racing teams and fans alike to keep both the planet Earth and these incredible sports in top shape. With Figeographie, I hope I can share my passion for environmentalism through fascinating photography.

Hi, my name is Jadyn! I joined Figeographie to raise awareness and action for sustainability. I am very interested in social and environmental justice. When I heard about Figeographie, I was amazed and inspired by the initiative.
